Public-Sector & Institutional Consulting

Hoffmann Group provides strategic consulting and assistance for projects involving public institutions, government bodies and organisations across different sectors.

Requests must be submitted in advance by email or registered mail, specifying the organisation concerned, the sector, the purpose of the request and the expected scope of assistance.

Pricing is established following an assessment of the assignment. Administrative charges, travel expenses and external professional fees are charged separately where applicable.

€4,500 excl. VAT

Three-Hour Comprehensive Package

A comprehensive, all-inclusive three-hour consulting package covering the agreed strategic requirements of a real estate project.

Depending on the client’s needs, the package may include:

Initial project assessment.
Strategic development planning.
Investment and feasibility discussions.
Project structuring and implementation strategy.
Commercial and operational considerations.
Identification of key project risks and opportunities.
Strategic guidance on the next implementation steps.
Recommendations concerning relevant specialists and project stakeholders.
Strategic coordination recommendations for the project’s development.

The €4,500 package includes all agreed Hoffmann Group consulting services within the three-hour assignment. No additional Hoffmann Group consulting fees apply to the agreed scope during those three hours.

External third-party fees and expenses, including lawyers, architects, engineers, notaries, surveyors, technical specialists, official charges and other independent professional services, are excluded unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any work beyond the three-hour package requires prior agreement.

The package does not guarantee planning permission, financing, investment returns or any other specific outcome.
